Netzwerk Bildung – Worum geht es genau?
Das Netzwerk Bildung ist eine Initiative für gewaltfreie, gesunde und konfliktarme Schule im Rahmen des Bündnis für Demokratie und Toleranz.

Die zunehmende Gewaltbereitschaft der Jugendlichen ist ein Thema, dass die in den Medien allgegenwärtig ist. Nachrichten über U-Bahn Prügeleien und Alkoholexzesse tauchen nahezu täglich in den Nachrichten auf. Die Amokläufe in Erfurt, Winnenden und zuletzt Ansbach sind Taten, die ein bis dato ungekanntes Ausmaß an Gewaltbereitschaft und Brutalität offenbart haben. Von kriegsähnlichen Zuständen war die Rede und einige Fragen haben sich aufgeworfen. Was geht in diesen Jugendlichen vor? Was müssen sie erlebt haben um zu solchen Taten fähig zu sein? Wie hätte man es verhindern können?
Sich mit diesen Fragen auseinander zu setzen, Antworten zu suchen und präventiv tätig zu sein um ähnliches in der Zukunft zu verhindern, darum geht es dem Netzwerk Bildung im Großen und Ganzen.

Wie arbeitet das Netzwerk Bildung?
Sage und schreibe 2 Jahren Vorarbeit an dem Projekt waren nötig, in denen in Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen, Kenntnisse ausgetauscht und Analysen erstellt wurden. Ergebnis dieses Austausches ist die Erkenntnis, dass es am sinnvollsten ist, Projekte und Initiativen an zu bieten die sich positiv auf das Schulklima auswirken.

Im Vordergrund steht nun also eine gemeinsame Projektentwicklung direkt vor Ort.
Das Netzwerk Bildung erarbeitet ein umfangreiches Bildungsangebot als Grundlage und zur Fortbildung für junge Menschen, Erwachsene, Eltern, Lehrer und Dritte.

Die Kooperation von Schulen mit den entsprechenden Partner als Unterstützung von außen ist in seiner Effektivität überzeugend und kann von ihrem Ansatz her nur positive Ergebnisse hervor bringen. Das Grundkonzept ist bedarfsorientiert und kann auf die jeweilige Situation flexibel eingestellt werden. Die Vorgehensweise, das Schulklima und damit die Bildung, Entwicklung und den Weiterausbau der sozialen Kompetenz der Zielgruppen zu fördern, zeigt innerhalb von kurzer Zeit nachprüfbare Erfolge.

Wesentlicher Bestandteil und Garant für das Funktionieren des Netzwerkes ist der Einsatz von ausgebildeten, ehrenamtlichen Mentoren, die in Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen Klassenlehrer den Boden für den Einsatz der speziellen Module vorbereiten, in denen gegebenenfalls die entsprechenden Fachleute zum Einsatz kommen. Es gelinge, in den Gruppen, mit entsprechenden didaktischen Methoden, die im wesentlichen vom Frontalunterricht abweichen, die Schülerinnen und Schüler in ihrer Persönlichkeit und im Gruppenverhalten zu stärken.

Ein weiterer Vorteil des Netzwerkes ist das Zusammenwirken vieler Fachleute, die über Foren, Workshops und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen ein kompetentes Gremium bilden. Schwerpunkte sind auch die Gespräche, Diskussionen, Ausbildung, Weiterbildung des Kollegiums der Schulen zu dieser Thematik.

Ebenso wertvoll ist die Sensibilisierung der Eltern und ihre Einbeziehung in die gemeinsame Arbeit. Netzwerk bedeutet hier das Zusammenführen von fachlicher Kompetenz und damit die Bildung und Ausschöpfung von Synergieeffekten zum Nutzen aller.

Was sind die Ziele?
Als Ziele des Netzwerk Bildung gibt dieses an Angebote zur Vermittlung sozialer Kompetenzen und Bildung weiter zu entwickeln, Bildungsangebote für Kinder, Jugendliche, Erwachsene, Lehrer, Eltern, Mentoren und Schulleiter zu entwickeln, anzubieten und durchzuführen, eine Plattform für den Erfahrungsaustausch im Netzwerk zu installieren und zu unterhalten und ein offenes Bildungsangebot mit Schwerpunkt sozialer Kompetenz im und mit dem Netzwerk zu erarbeiten.

Networking - What is it exactly?

The basic concept is demand-driven and can be flexibly adjusted to the particular situation. The procedure for the school climate, and thus promote the formation, development and the further development of the social competence of target groups, shows within a short time verifiable results.

Integral part and a guarantee for the functioning of the network is the use of trained volunteer mentors who are preparing in collaboration with the respective class teachers prepare the ground for the use of specific modules that where appropriate, the relevant experts are used. It succeeded, in groups, with appropriate teaching methods that differ substantially from teaching, to strengthen the students in their personal and group behavior.
